At Lost Fork Outfitters our goal is to provide our clients with the best possible experience on their fishing trip. We offer guided fly fishing trips throughout Southwest Montana and Yellowstone National Park, and float trips on the Madison, Yellowstone, and Missouri rivers.

With Lost Fork Outfitters you will fish exclusively for wild, naturally reproducing trout. We proudly promote conservation and stewardship of the incredible watersheds which make up the Missouri headwaters. We use only barbless hooks and every fish caught on guided trips is gently handled and promptly released. If you are interested in spin fishing the area or would like to keep a couple trout for the skillet at the end of the day, we kindly encourage you to look for another outfitter.

Throughout our season, we will have a variety of options as to fishing destinations and styles. Our most popular trips are floats on the Madison between West Yellowstone and Ennis. We also offer "gulper fishing" trips on Hebgen Lake, wade trips on the Madison, Gallatin and Yellowstone national park, and float tube trips in the area's high mountain lakes. If you are interested in learning more about a specific river, creek, or lake, let us know and we'll do our best to accommodate you.

When you book a trip with Lost Fork Outfitters you will be accompanied by a patient, knowledgeable guide who will cater to your specific needs. Whether a novice, expert or somewhere in between, we can provide you with advice and instruction that will make you a better fisherman.

All guide trips in Yellowstone National Park are run in cooperation with Arrick's Fly Shop in West Yellowstone.
